NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-001258-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein ENCORE NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and CC NORTH BUILDING, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, RICHARD E. CARLSON, an individual, TAMARA CARLSON, an individual, COURTSIDE COMMONS, INC., a Florida corporation, CC BUILDING ONE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, ENCORE BANK, N.A., COURTSIDE COMMONS COMMERCIAL CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, DAVID M. WILSON BUILDING CONTRACTOR, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on January 10, 2013, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Units 801 through 807, inclusive, of Building 8 of COURTSIDE COMMONS COMMERCIAL CENTER, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 8092, Page 1738, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 119, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
