YOU ARE HEREBY required to file your answer or written defenses, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, on or before January 10, 2013, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
Lot 26, BAYWOOD FORREST UNIT ONE, accoridng to the plat thereof, recorded in plat Book 15, Pages 146 through 149 of the Public Record of Pasco County, Florida, less that portion that was deeded to Pasco County recorded in O.R. Book 7734 Page 125, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCE at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 8, thence South 89⁰25'27” West along the South line of Southeast 1/4 , a distance of 945.68 feet to a point on the Project Centerline of Survey of Moon Lake Road (County Road 587), (Project Number C9528.00), said point being Station 1586+06.48 to a point on a circular curve concave to the Southeast and having a radius of 2,546.00 feet and a chord bearing of Norht 13º59'07” East; thence run along the Project Centerline of Survey, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 15º51'30” for a distance of 704.68 feet; thence North 72º44'31” West, a distnace of 81.68 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 26; continue thence North 72º 44'31” West along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 26, a distance of 28.59 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Old Moon Lake Road per plat MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT THREE, Plat Book 4, Pages 75 and 76; thence South 02º46'22” West along said Westerly right-of -way line of Old Moon Lake Road Right-of-Way, a distance of 31.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; continue thence South 02º46'22” West along said Westerly right-of-way line of Old Moon Lake Road Right-of-Way, a distance of 89.00 feet to the Southeasterly line of Lot 26, said point being on a curve concave to the Southeast and having a radius of 2198.59 feet and a chord bearing of South 14º30'25” West; thence along the Southeasterly line of Lot 26, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 01º03'10” for a distance of 40.40 feet to the Southern most corner of Lot 26; thence North 72º58'03” West along the Southwesterly line of Lot 26, a distance of 29.63 feet, to a point on a curve concave to the East and having a radius of 2646.00 feet and chord bearing of North 19º42'45” East; thence along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 02º44'42” for a distance of 126.77 feet the POINT OF BEGINNING.
