NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003561WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Thomas A. Dawson; Unknown Tenant(s) and State of Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 8, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Situate in the County of Pasco and the State of Florida, to-wit:
Being Lot Number 3 Block A in Jasmin Court Subdivision as shown in the recorded Plat/Map thereof in Plat Book 6, Page 51 of Pasco County Records.
