NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004609ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; Plaintiff, and, SHAMNARINE TILLACKDARRI KAREN TILLACKDARRI, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 9th day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2, BOYETTE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
