Lots 3 and 4, Block 28, MOORES FIRST ADDITION to the Town of Zephyrhills, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 57, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 4751 17th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33524, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on JANUARY 17, 2013 at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
