condominium unit g-104, regency gardens, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 8476, page 291, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida
and commonly known as: 5500 devonbriar way #g-104, orlando, fl 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on January 28, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
