GIROUARD A/K/A LEO ALFRED GIROUARD; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
