NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-031254 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2, Plaintiff, and, RAFAEL TEJEDA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 15th day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 30, BLOCK O, STONEBRIDGE PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 36 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
