NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale dated the 29th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-032221 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and EDMUNDO URBINA, PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on April 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 613, PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8252, PAGE 2922, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 50 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
