Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 1200465CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. HOVENCAMP, PATRICIA M. HOVENCAMP, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the day of February 20, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 544, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
