NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-000020 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM S. BOWERS SR; JOAN M. BOWERS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ADMIRALTY VILLAS, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT C-1-II, OF ADMIRALTY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, AT PAGES 3A, 3B, 3C, AND 3D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND PURSUANT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 283, PAGE 22, AND AS AMENDED THEREOF IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
