NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-000849 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA DBA AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MARYANN GREGORY; DANA PLANT; LINDA PLANT; GARDENS OF GULF COVE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
