Apigo, Marvin S. Apigo and Donna J. Apigo are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 7, 2013, the following-described real property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 5, Building B, PARK PLACE ESTATES AT PORT CHARLOTTE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2923, Page 56, et. Seq., and according to Condominium Book 14, Pages 19A through 19I, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
