NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09CA006639, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-C is the Plaintiff and SCOTT D JOHNSON, DEEP CREEK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY, SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., and KRISTY L JOHNSON are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 577 OF PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
