NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001775 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and FELIX MICHAL BOCHENICK; MARY LOU BOCHENICK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JERI L. FELDHAUS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 22nd day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
