The Administration of the Guardianship of Pearl A. Macrae, File No. 2009GA4231 NC, is currently pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230. The name and address of the court appointed Florida Guardian is Carole L. Morgan, 5407 Birch Lane, Davisburg, MI 48350. The name and address of the attorney for the Guardian is set forth below.
Carol L. Morgan has been appointed as Guardian of the Person and Property of Pearl A. Macrae, by a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Michigan, County of Oakland, in the matter of Pearl A. Macrae, Case No. 2012 343,937 GA. The Michigan Guardian's address is 5407 Birch Lane, Davisburg, MI 48350.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. Thirty date from the date of the first publication of this Notice, Carole L. Morgan, will apply for discharge. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Michigan.
All persons on whom this Notice is Served who have objections to the Final Report or Petition for Discharge shall file such objections with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE.
Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is direction and the grounds on which the objection is based. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a Notice of Hearing shall be served or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
