U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AMC1 is Plaintiff and ROSAURA NUNEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSAURA NUNEZ, CITIMORTGAGE, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 A.M., on February 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
