AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and KEVIN SHEEHY A/K/A KEVIN P. SHEEHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN SHEEHY A/K/A KEVIN P. SHEEHY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 7 day of January, 2013, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 16, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SAN CARLOS PARK GOLF COURSE SOUTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 7 AND 8.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
