LOT 4, BLOCK 210, UNIT 57, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
