NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated November 20, 2012, and entered in Case Number: 11-7584-CI-15, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENETIAN HARBOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and JAMES L. SHARP and CAROLYN J. SHARP, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 128, Page(s) 70-72, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
