NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012 and an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-600-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CWABS, INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE P. SMITH, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A EMMANUEL STUBBS are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, BREVARD PLACE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
