NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on November 29, 2012 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 216 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, of the Declaration of Condominium of WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in OR Book 7935 pages 465 et seq., and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 111, pages 1 through 13, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 4, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
