NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-019168 DI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2003KS7 was the Plaintiff and JAMES E. STEVENS, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 28th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
