NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52 2011 CA 000514 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2007-A3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-C under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated February 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Robert Ralph Ward, Shirley Ward, Chase Bank USA, N.A., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc., dba American Mortgage Network of Florida, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
