NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 30, 2012 in Case No. 11-11291-CI-11, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will, on February 11, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
LOT 1, PALOMINO REPLAT, less the East 54.72 feet thereof, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
