NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013629 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR13, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR13 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Arben Gjeka, Enkeleda Gjeka a/k/a Enkeleda Zelka, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Mariam Jaber, Tenant #1 n/k/a Paul Jaber, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
