NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-015202 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, f/k/a World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Lucy Lynette Beuligmann, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Robert Green, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
