ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24 is the Plaintiff and PEREZ-MEDINA YHOSVANY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YHOSVANY PEREZ-MEDINA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DINA MAYNARD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
