NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 3rd day of January 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO. 1004,GULF WINDS APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 42 THROUGH 50 INCLUSIVE AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 76 THROUGH 85 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4608, PAGE 1884 AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4732, PAGE 1464, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
