NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-014083-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MARY R. DANLEY, PAUL DANLEY a/k/a PAUL ANDREW DANLEY, VILLAS OF LAKE ARBOUR UNIT 6B CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JANUARY 23, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
