NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006017 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Associaiton, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Security 1 LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE-6, is the Plaintiff and Susan Lake Dearth, Tenant #1 n/k/a John MacDonald, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
