NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 05, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2012-CA-000633 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MARCUS J. ALLRED, MARY ALLRED, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, RE-PLAT UNIT ONE OF CLEAR VIEW MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
