NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-000240, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and FABIO GRISALEZ; ROCIO GRISALEZ; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on January 4th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
