NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007775, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN AMOS A/K/A HELEN ELIZABETH AMOS, DECEASED; CAMBRIDGE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAMBRIDGE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAMARITAN'S PURSE, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LINDA LUCAS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HELEN AMOS AKA HELEN ELIZABETH AMOS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4, BLOCK F, CAMBRIDGE VILLAGES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 588, PAGE 543, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 52, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
