NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 5, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-4780 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Jo-Ellen C. O'Meara, Unknown Spouse Of Jo-Ellen C. O'Meara, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 3rd day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 73, OAK VIEW, PHASE III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 21 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
