BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EASTERLY LINE OF TAMIAMI TRAIL (U.S. 41-100 FEET WIDE) AND THE NORTHERLY LINE OF DESOTO DRIVE (70 FEET WIDE), AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF WHITFIELD ESTATES HEREIN REFERRED TO, THENCE N68 DEGREES 45 MINUTES E, ALONG THE NORTHERLY R/W LINE OF DESOTO DRIVE, 109.2 FEET; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID R/W LINE, ON A CURVE TO THE LEFT WITH A RADIUS OF 2180.71 FEET, 250.8 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG SAID R/W LINE 75.0 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE N 27 DEGREES 30 MINUTES W 138 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTHERLY SHORE OF BOLEE'S CREEK (PASSING THROUGH AN IRON PIPE AT 118.25 FEET); THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY SHORE, 75 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT WHICH BEARS N 27 DEGREES 30 MINUTES W FROM POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 27 DEGREES 30 MINUTES E 132 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO POINT OF BEGINNING (PASSING THROUGH A CONCRETE MONUMENT AT 120.0 FEET FROM SAID P.O.B.); ALSO KNOWN AS LOT D OF A PLAT MADE BY CHARLES H. JOHNSON, LAND SURVEYOR, DATED MAY 29, 1950, AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 269, PAGE 411, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
