NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 07, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2008-CA-009899 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS K. TRINE, CHRISTIAN TRINE; are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, THENCE NORTHERLY 25 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 26TH AVENUE, 307.40 FEET, THEN NORTHERLY ALONG THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 8TH STREET EAST, 335.51 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, 86.86 FEET, THEN EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE AFOREMENTIONED RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 26TH AVENUE, 100.0 FEET, THENCE SOUTHERLY, 86.86 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY 100.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
