NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-011740 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for OMAC 2005-4, Plaintiff and Carol E. Bentele are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 60 FEET OF LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK A, HILL'S GROVE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 300, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
