Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered at Trial on December 04, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 28, OAK HAVEN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 167 THROUGH 172, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida, on January 04, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
