Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 4, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, PALM LAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 25 THROUGH 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1605 W 22ND AVENUE W., PALMETTO, FL 34221; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
