YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for quiet title to the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
The East 45 feet of Lot 36 and the West 30 feet of Lot 37, Block 1, GOLF CLUB GARDENS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 57, subject to Dr Easement described in O.R. Book 746, Page 299, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Nelson, the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is Ozark, Perron & Nelson, P.A. 2816 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, 30 days from THE date of first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
