NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001372, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is Plaintiff and DEBORAH A. WYNKOOP; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A ROBERT SMITH; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, EMILY C. EARLE'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 220, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 80 FEET THEREOF.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
