B of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, is the Plaintiff and MYRA A, ADKINS; JIMMY D. ADKINS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, ALCONA ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 94 AND 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
