NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012933 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and Valerie L. Stovall and Chad Cothern are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 114.6 FEET OF TRACT 1, LAZY “B” RANCHES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 82 & 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
