NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-004017 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Richard W. Herdegen a/k/a Richard Herdegen and Lyubov Mazur are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, WATERFORD, PHASES I AND III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 57 THROUGH 69, AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 91 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
