HOWELL; JASON L. HOWELL; TENANT #1 N/K/A ASHLEY HOWELL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
