NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-005033 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein M & I BANK is the Plaintiff and PAUL A. SHARFF; TENANT #1 N/K/A JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSE RAMIREZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
