Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 05, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 13-201, MAGNOLIA CROSSING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1761, PAGES 7301 THROUGH 7386, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida, on January 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
