NOTICE lS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of January, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Condo Unit No. 105, Building 40 of Fairways at Par Four-One, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1055, Page 871, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
