NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-005485 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee for the holders of the SAMI II Trust 2005-AR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR2, Plaintiff and Alber R. Garcia are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on January 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 10-305, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
